My wife found a dress in next she really liked but did not have her size. A friendly member of staff took her to the counter looked on the website to see if they had her size and then advised her to order her size and the one above to make sure she got the dress. She had it delivered to our local store where she tried them on. Having chosen the one she wanted the staff then refunded us with the one she did not want. First class service.
