I can’t stress how much you need to avoid these! My daughter booked a nail course and paid for it. Which they cancelled and offered her the course in a different area which she couldn’t attend so she asked for a refund months later after doing everything they asked we still hadn’t received the refund it was obvious they had no intentions of giving us our money back after telling us they would, in the end we had to contact our bank who refunded us only to be told they had given next step beauty the money back thankfully we were able to prove our case and got our money back again from the bank. Also one of the times we rang them they were extremely rude!
