Absolutely awful company!! Couldn't find any date in Cardiff for a classroom course so they convinced me to pay for the online one and if that wasn't any good then I could pay the difference to do the classroom course instead. The online course was rubbish so I asked to pay the difference for the classroom course and they tried charging me full price. I ended up paying £100 for the classroom course on top of the money id already spent on the online course. They cancelled the course 3 times so I asked for a refund. I waited 8 months to be refunded even after calling multiple times to then realise they had refunded me £65 rather than the £100 and use the excuse that the course was worth £140 even though I'd spend £180 altogether! Their scammers and shouldn't be allowed a business!!
