I was really suprised by the speed of delivery and the quick responses to my emails. When I emailed their customer service team, they replied within the hour - always polite and honest. The whole process is very transparent, they keep you updated via email and you also get a tracking number. I got one for the camera which arrived via DPD and a SD card which was delivered by Royal Mail. I really recommend Next Day Deal and will buy definitely more from them
