This is the first time I have ever bought an expensive camera from an online retailer.
But there was nothing to worry about as the whole process was simple and straightforward. There was great communication throughout. There seems to be a waiting list for the Sony A1 Body at the moment and they had 1 left in stock which I managed to grab. I received my camera in perfect condition fully tracked by DPD. There were no additional costs or headaches that I had to deal with. It really was a quick seamless process and will use them again with no hesitation.
