Next Day Deal have really impressed me! They showed me faultless customer service and every time I sent an email I got a speedy response and the team was always happy to help with everything. In my case, my parcel was delayed due to an issue with DPD, and Next Day Deal called everyday to try and fix it. When they couldn't, they issued a refund the same day, and I eventually got my ordered items sent somewhere else where they arrived without issue and in perfect condition. I will definitely shop with them again.
