I made an initial enquiry from a website called Australianlogodesigns.com.au and was convinced to get their "Infinite package" for $199. After this a pile of unprofessional and ordinary logos came through most of which had the wrong wording for my business name (which is only three words). I had to give my brief no less than half a dozen times. I explained that I wasn't happy and this went on for some time back and forwards. Eventually I asked for a refund because they had a money back guarantee but they told me that I wasn't able to get one. I have now had to initiate legal action and am following a process including Fair Trading and then possibly court. I would steer well clear
