Hello Nicole. The seed cycling protocol worked for me within the first month. I have continued with seed cycling into month two and noting good cervical mucus indicating ovulation. I am on track for a regular cycle in month two. Thank you for empowering and educating women on the importance of regular cycles and the impacts to our health.
