Nicole is amazing. I have learned more from her and her blogposts and podcasts than from any other person in the wellness industry. She also helped me get my hormones back into balance after I came off the birth control pill and had no period for a loooong time. I now have two healthy children and conceived them both naturally and easily thanks to Nicole's help and wisdom. And did I mention that she is hilarious?! Her sense of humor makes reading about periods, cycles, and hormones so fun.
