Having purchased a pair of trousers online back in July .... they never arrived !!!! ..... have tried on numerous occasions to request an update as to ETA ..... they refuse to respond either through e mail, phone calls !!!! Whilst the cost of a pair of trousers is not the end of the world, it's the sense of decency and commitment ( or certainly lack of ) to their customers. Having to resort to this is certainly not my way.... but to all who read this please please please do not buy online from nightgear ( they are still advertising sales of equipment). You will not get your kit !!!
