“Purchased an expedition megamat that had a manufacturing issue along the seam & as such no longer functioned. These come with a 5 year warranty & I got in touch with them 1 month prior to the warranty passing. They did not respond to my repeated emails & requests to honour this warranty claim & replace the mat. The latest email I received this morning is from Greg who says, 'I have had a check but we have no previous emails from you. This is outside the 5 year period and we are unable to offer anything under warranty now. I am sorry for any disappointment over this matter. We are unable to raise this with the brand.
He responded on this email sent to the same email address as all previous emails that he said he did not receive. Come on!
I also sat on hold for over an hour on the phone to the UK & then when someone finally answered they hung up on me.
This is appalling customer service.
What company stalls on a legitimate warranty claim so that the warranty period expires & them they respond.

“Terrible customer service and horrendous shipping time. After placing the order, I was told they didn't even have my item in stock. After going back and forth with customer service, I requested compensation numerous times and they didn't even acknowledge it. After 2 months of waiting they finally restocked the pants, however at that point it wasn't even worth following through on the order. Couldn't manage to contact anyone from the company by phone after trying on several occasions.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Best to find your products from another company and avoid the hassle.”
“Worst customer service experience I have had. I ordered a pair of pants from the website as a gift, a few days later I got an email stating that they didn't even have the pants in stock and had no idea when they would be restocked. It's been just less than 3 months now, they finally got the pants in stock a few weeks ago but my payment had been postponed and was no longer valid.
I requested to be compensated for the inconvenience numerous times with no acknowledgement from customer service. Finally, I gave up and cancelled the order. They went ahead and shipped it anyways, it arrived at the local post office with COD charges of $43. I contacted the company to tell them I wouldn't be picking them up.
Definitely not worth the hassle ordering from this site. Would not recommend.”

Terrible customer service, hidden shipping fee. I got charged 15 for shipping on the website and once it was delivered, I was charged an additional 45 c.o.d. I even complained and was basically told to pound sand.”

“Boots never came. They sent a confirmation email, and then five hours later sent an email refund receipt. No explanation in the email. Tried to track my order but it said no info was available. Waited a week and emailed the sales team. They sent me a quick response saying my shipping address was wrong (it’s not) and that they issued a refund. Well, there’s no refund in my banking activity. I’m out $166 USD. I then emailed them a photo of my shipping address as found on Google and Cornwall Councils website. I’ve emailed them twice now with no response. They’re crooks, please don’t use this scam company. As a side note, the company they said would show up on my bank activity is not the same company that showed. The link they provide in the email to their own home page says 404 PAGE NOT FOUND. Now I’m going to have to contest this through my bank.”
