I have always had a positive experience with Nike thus far, items arrived in good time,an easy returns process, refunds were received within days of goods being returned and personally I have found their customer service representatives to be extremely helpful, courteous and diligent. Since becoming a member, I have received free deliveries and returns and they are my first choice for online sports/footwear.
