My experience on nike.fr was nothing short of shameful. The delivery guy simply stole my order: he marked the package as “delivered,” but never set foot at my house (I have video surveillance as proof). This package was meant as a birthday gift for a friend. So I tried to contact their customer service: no email available, only a phone number (where no one answers) or a useless chatbot. And then comes the height of disrespect: the agent started addressing me informally with “tu” in French (“we’ll keep you posted,” “we’ll send you an email”), as if we were lifelong buddies, while all I wanted was a solution for a stolen pair of sneakers. I told him multiple times that I’m not his buddy and to use the formal “vous,” but he didn’t care and just kept on. His only response: “You need to wait 8 business days, we’ll contact you by email.” Seriously? This isn’t city hall for a new ID card, I just want a quick solution for an order I paid for and never received. No professionalism, no listening, and, above all, a complete lack of respect for the customer. To top it off: the model is now out of stock on their site. So even if they finally decided to do their job, I couldn’t even get my order anymore. Well done, Nike, great management! PS: By the way, the same delivery guy stole a pair of On Running shoes from me at exactly the same time. The difference? On Running gave me a quick and professional solution as soon as I sent them video proof that no delivery had taken place during the scheduled time slot. Absolutely nothing like Nike’s total incompetence. I’m not even surprised their stock has dropped almost 60% since 2022… Frankly, with service like this, they deserve it. In short, nike.fr is the worst e-commerce experience of my life. No respect, no solutions, and a customer service team that addresses clients informally as if it’s normal. Avoid this site at all costs—it’s a complete disgrace.

Disgusting. Order number C01510158545 Just received my Nike trainers £89:99 and they are ruined. They are creased. And putting them on the creases do not disappear. I'm going to send photos to trading standards.

Low quality product. Brought leggings from the Nike store and they have a hole in after 2 wears. Go to Adidas instead!

I’ve been a loyal Nike customer for years, but this recent experience has completely shattered my trust in the brand. I purchased a pair of Nike shoes that ended up causing a painful bruise on my ankle—a clear product issue, not a sizing or sock problem. When I reached out to Nike for support, I was met with cold, robotic responses and zero empathy. Their customer service insisted on an "inspection" process but made it clear in advance that I likely wouldn’t qualify for any compensation, even before seeing the product. Let me be clear: I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just a gift card to replace shoes that physically injured me. I even offered to destroy the shoes and send a photo, but Nike refused. The whole process felt designed to deter customers rather than help them. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a global brand that markets itself as customer-focused and athlete-first. Nike, if you won’t stand behind your products, why should anyone stand in line to buy them?

Honestly, I lost track because they’ve been with me through everything. Terrible customer service and violation of consumer rights I had an extremely disappointing experience with Nike.com. On April 15, 2025, I filed a complaint and returned an item from order no. C01429689223, worth €189.99. According to Czech Post tracking, Nike received the returned goods on April 17, 2025. Despite the legal 30-day deadline for handling complaints being clearly exceeded (expired on May 17, 2025), I have received no response, no resolution, and absolutely no refund. This is a clear violation of EU consumer law and unacceptable behavior from such a large international company. I have already had to take legal steps and contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority to protect my consumer rights. Nike’s customer service is non-existent, and they completely ignore their legal obligations. Think twice before ordering from Nike.com — once they have your money, you’re on your own. I will never shop here again.

After being a lifelong Nike customer I have to leave this 1 star review sadly. Bought lovely pair or dunks in the sale from Nike website, writing on the back of the shoe literally falling off after 10 wears. Sure they offer a refund but I want the same shoe, repaired or replaced, they absolutely refuse to help, offering refund only. I can’t get the same shoe at same price. No complaints procedure nothing. The poor quality surprised me, makes me believe the shoe is counterfeit

I bought some shoes and I was counting on the date they put for their arrival, but two more days have already passed and they haven't arrived, so 1- they are not responsible for the arrival date 2- they put an incorrect date just to sell, this is the second time this has happened to me... I do not recommend buying online at all.

I ordered a pair of runners, and they arrived today. However, when I opened the box, I found that they were the wrong color and size. I contacted customer service, and they instructed me to return the package for a refund, which could take up to 9 days. Given that they sent the wrong product, shouldn't they send a replacement or arrange for a courier to collect the items instead?

Bought some trainers online - very easy to use, prices were good (equal to the high street chav outlet) and with free delivery it worked out cheaper than S****S D****T. Bargain!

Abysmal "customer service". Apparently my order got lost. I only found this out after asking 4 times why my order was delayed. The first 2 contacts didn't result in any investigation, despite agents assurances. At no point did Nike proactively contact me, including after they eventually declared my order lost and refunded me. Never shopping with them again

I bought a nike motiva Gore tex. I used it for 2 days. The glue are split already. As of now i am thinking if i will order again in nike. Bad quality.

Don’t purchase from Nike app. It’s a waste of time. I place an order, order gets canceled without reason. I call an agent. The he agent says I must supply them with an ID number. However, I cannot add my ID number in the app or online. Then why even try sell anything? Nike app is pathetic. If you can’t add ID don’t buy. Support is absolutely useless. Chat bot is extremely useless. If I could give no stars I would.
