sent 2 pair out of 3 but say they ship the 3 pairs. no resolution after waiting 75 minutes to chat with someone that did not resolve the problem. it's easy. the parcel should weight less with 2 then 3 pairs... never again , they stole my money.

I live in Canada and purchased a $200 digital gift card from Nike.com where I make all of my online purchases. I did not realize at the time of purchase that the transaction was processed in US dollars. It was a gift for someone’s birthday and they have not been able to use it because we have since found out it is not an accepted form of payment for online purchases here in Canada and is not accepted in any Canadian stores. I did not know this information at the time of purchase or I would have saved myself a lot of stress and disappointment. The Nike Canada agents I spoke with did not know this information either. Multiple times they sent me a list of stores where it should be accepted, only to change their statement later (after I called every store on the list and all stores confirmed the gift card was not recognized in their system). After numerous phone calls, emails and being passed around from Nike Canada to Nike USA, then Nike Corporate in an exhausting process to try to resolve the issue over a period of 3 months, I am extremely disappointed in Nike as a company for their lack of willingness to do the right thing. After multiple “escalations” and requests to Nike USA from myself, Nike Canada and Nike Corporate, they are still not willing to credit or refund the purchase in any way. We do not travel to the USA and even if we did, the closest Nike store is a 6 hour drive. Nike says they care about the customer, but their actions do not align with their company statement. I was told by in-store Nike representatives that this has been an ongoing issue with Nike. This same gift card issue has happened to many Canadians and Nike has not been willing to resolve the issue. All Nike stores in Canada are third party owned and do not accept Nike gift cards purchased online. How confusing and frustrating for customers who started out happy to make a Nike purchase and proud to wear the brand. This experience has completely changed my view of the brand as a whole. Hopefully this will help others avoid the same awful experience.

I PURCHASED NIKE SHOES VIA ONLINE ORDER NUMBER -NSA0202350-9382 on 15 Nov 2024 and on 18th raised a ticket for Return. i did not change my address, its the same since the time they delivered. Since 19th Nov , Nike's KSA pickup agent SHIPA LOGISTICTS who messaged me (contact numbers-) 19th Nov - 057 217 4579 24th Nov - 059 365 1553 26th Nov - 057 182 5313 28th Nov - 054 422 7805 5th Dec - 054 059 6447 are raising FAKE calls, saying they will come to pick, but does not come. Low standard logistic services + your partner 5 times i received WhatsApp messages, but no-one visited for pickup I complained to Nike Customer Service too 6 times, even they say their agent will visit soon and they will resolve, even this went is vain. i visited the Granada Mall store to return, the cashier refused to take and asked me to visit Nakeel Mall....and only at this store they accepted. Fed-up / disappointed /terrible / horrible/ disastrous and worst experience.

Just read the reviews. As you can see most of the people here ended up paying for shoes they never received. Same as me, lost $500+. And just fogett about getting any help from customer service, they are trained in just repeating a few lines from a sheet on their desk. And will likely never answer any of your questions.

Thank you Nike for sending me the worst shoes u have that broke after 3 wear, thank you for not taking the shoes back as i don’t have the box nor initiating refund. You just lost a loyal customer that will never step into nike store again. Nike invincible 3.

They have now stolen from me two times in the last week after I spent thousands with them in 2 weeks time. Absolutely ridiculous. I Absolutely hate nike now and I'm telling yall of you don't give me my fn money back for the stuff I've bought you can't seem to deliver nor tell me anything about it I swear to God I'm fixing to sue you and I'm not even playing. You think your going to sit there and steal from me twice you got life fd up. After I been nothing but a loyal customer to you for yall to do nothing but send me used shoes the last 6 orders I've done at least, sent me shirts with stains all over them and really think that's OK. Or you just don't deliver the stuff I pay for. Yall have lost your fn mind and you have for sure lost me as a customer. Yall are the sorriest people and business I've ever dealt with in my life. You don't even deserve to be able to sell not one thing bc you steal people's money, send them used stuff or nothing at all and no refund but think that's OK. Wtf is wrong with yall. I finally won a drawing on the SNKRS app and they send you a big email congratulating you saying “GOT EM!” Just for them to delay my shipment twice and after receiving a 3rd shipment date they have the nerve to cancel my order 10pm the night before shipping. I call customer service once again waste countless time just to find out they sold my order to obviously a much more important customer. Such a let down they tied my money up for weeks for nothing. As a father of 3 with countless Nike apparel and shoes this draws the line in my house. They won’t receive a single penny from anyone in my house ever again.

Very sorry to say that I have purchase Nike slippers from scratchers store at vr mall Mohali ,but as the Nike has great name and good quality but these slippers of Nike got shrinks from size 9 to size 6,I don’t know how it happened.it is very shame full ,I will neither buy Nike products nor will suggest anyone in future

I am incredibly frustrated with my recent experience ordering from Nike. My order was supposed to arrive in one to three days, but it’s now overdue, and I’m still waiting. I’ve reached out to both Nike’s customer service and their delivery provider multiple times, only to be bounced back and forth with no real answers or help. Nike’s customer service has been little help—they keep telling me to check with the delivery company, but when I contact them, I’m met with vague, inconsistent information and no clear update on when my package will actually arrive. It feels like neither Nike nor the delivery company is taking any responsibility, and the lack of communication has been exhausting. For a brand as big as Nike, this is extremely disappointing. I expected better service, especially given the high standards they promote. I’m seriously considering canceling my order because I can’t rely on either the delivery company or Nike’s support. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I won’t be ordering from them again if this is the level of service they provide.

I bought the burgundy hoodie from Nike app store and it left my shirt ruin I can't even wear the shirt gt purple fuzz all over destroyed my shirt brought the matching pants and it have stains on them

I really had bad experience online and in stores (orchard rd nike store). I was asking why online is cheaper than in store, the sales girl answered back " if online is cheaper then i should buy from online. " When i asked if i can speak to the store manager or incharge, he said no in charge on store manager is around. The culture is bad which explains staffs notorious behaviour. Maybe should stop buying their shoes, apparel and whatever.

I recently placed an order that was initially accepted but then I was informed that it couldn’t be fulfilled. If you were unable to fulfill the order, I’m unsure why it was accepted in the first place. This experience has left me disappointed, as customers place orders in good faith and trust that they will be honored. Could you please provide clarification on how this process works? I believe it’s important for customers to have a reliable experience.

My daughter was excited to receive her customized Nike Sabrina 2 shoes for this school year's volleyball and basketball seasons. Considering how much we paid for these shoes, we expected high-quality craftsmanship and durability. However, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. After just two weeks of wearing these shoes for volleyball practices and matches, the paint on the shoe is already starting to peel in multiple places. This is extremely disappointing, as I expected better longevity from a brand like Nike. The peeling paint gives the shoes a cheap and worn-out appearance. My daughter has had shoes that held up better for 2 years. The materials don't appear to be holding up well under normal wear, which is very disappointing. I would not recommend these customized Nike Sabrina 2 shoes if you're looking for something that can withstand regular use. The quality of these customized shoes just doesn't live up to the brand's reputation.

Hello, I have placed an order for a shoe in June 2024 and Nike has cancelled the order due to some address mismatch without checking with me. I am following up on the refund from June through chat box and emails. This is the G10172354632. I am surprised to see the irresponsible atttitude fron Nike team that they are not even bothered to give me an update on the refund. I don't even know if I will get the money back. I will never buy anything from Nike again! My brother asked me to order this for his son as he was finding it difficult to order online due to some technical issues. My brother passed away immediately after I placed the order and I am sad that I could not fulfill his wish. Such a bad experience from Nike!!
