“I’ve been a loyal Nike customer for years, but this recent experience has completely shattered my trust in the brand.
I purchased a pair of Nike shoes that ended up causing a painful bruise on my ankle—a clear product issue, not a sizing or sock problem. When I reached out to Nike for support, I was met with cold, robotic responses and zero empathy. Their customer service insisted on an "inspection" process but made it clear in advance that I likely wouldn’t qualify for any compensation, even before seeing the product.
Let me be clear: I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just a gift card to replace shoes that physically injured me. I even offered to destroy the shoes and send a photo, but Nike refused. The whole process felt designed to deter customers rather than help them.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a global brand that markets itself as customer-focused and athlete-first. Nike, if you won’t stand behind your products, why should anyone stand in line to buy them?”
“I ordered some shoes Wednesday and I paid to have them delivered today. But yall use FedX. And FedX is Awful now I have to wait tell Wednesday thank you nike”
“I’m incredibly grateful I found FRED MERCY. They are true professionals when it comes to helping victims of investment fraud. From the beginning, their team acted swiftly and provided me with clear guidance and essential resources. Their support was instrumental in helping me recover my lost funds.
What stood out most was their transparency and professionalism. They broke down the legal process in a way I could understand, and they walked me through every step. They also assisted me in gathering all the critical documentation I needed, which made a big difference.
Thanks to FRED MERCY, I was able to reclaim my hard-earned savings. While this was a difficult experience, it taught me an important lesson: always be cautious when investing online. Do thorough research and consult with trusted professionals before making any financial commitments.”
“Terrible customer service and violation of consumer rights
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Nike.com. On April 15, 2025, I filed a complaint and returned an item from order no. C01429689223, worth €189.99. According to Czech Post tracking, Nike received the returned goods on April 17, 2025.
Despite the legal 30-day deadline for handling complaints being clearly exceeded (expired on May 17, 2025), I have received no response, no resolution, and absolutely no refund. This is a clear violation of EU consumer law and unacceptable behavior from such a large international company.
I have already had to take legal steps and contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority to protect my consumer rights. Nike’s customer service is non-existent, and they completely ignore their legal obligations.
Think twice before ordering from Nike.com — once they have your money, you’re on your own. I will never shop here again.”
“After being a lifelong Nike customer I have to leave this 1 star review sadly.
Bought lovely pair or dunks in the sale from Nike website, writing on the back of the shoe literally falling off after 10 wears.
Sure they offer a refund but I want the same shoe, repaired or replaced, they absolutely refuse to help, offering refund only. I can’t get the same shoe at same price.
No complaints procedure nothing.
The poor quality surprised me, makes me believe the shoe is counterfeit”
“I bought some shoes and I was counting on the date they put for their arrival, but two more days have already passed and they haven't arrived, so 1- they are not responsible for the arrival date 2- they put an incorrect date just to sell, this is the second time this has happened to me... I do not recommend buying online at all.”
“I ordered a pair of runners, and they arrived today. However, when I opened the box, I found that they were the wrong color and size. I contacted customer service, and they instructed me to return the package for a refund, which could take up to 9 days. Given that they sent the wrong product, shouldn't they send a replacement or arrange for a courier to collect the items instead?”
“Abysmal "customer service". Apparently my order got lost. I only found this out after asking 4 times why my order was delayed. The first 2 contacts didn't result in any investigation, despite agents assurances. At no point did Nike proactively contact me, including after they eventually declared my order lost and refunded me. Never shopping with them again”
“I bought a nike motiva Gore tex. I used it for 2 days. The glue are split already. As of now i am thinking if i will order again in nike. Bad quality.”
“Don’t purchase from Nike app. It’s a waste of time. I place an order, order gets canceled without reason. I call an agent. The he agent says I must supply them with an ID number. However, I cannot add my ID number in the app or online. Then why even try sell anything? Nike app is pathetic. If you can’t add ID don’t buy. Support is absolutely useless. Chat bot is extremely useless. If I could give no stars I would.”
“The products are excellent but unfortunately for me returning an item impossible I have repeatedly contacted online to request a scanable code which is unattainable various excuses. I have recieved a printable returns but have no access whatsoever to printer. I am left with an unusable track suit and out of pocket for almost £60. Won’t be using Nike online again”
“One of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Ill never shop with Nike online again. Chat advisors refuse to give their name, ive been left out of pocket with damaged trainers for christmas and they are refusing to resolve it. Keep cutting me off the chat and im now having to go through my bank to put in a claim against them!”
“The worst customer service, ordered a bag that was never delivered, no solution in the store, money taken, item is lost. Very disappointed, don’t ever order on line in Nike.ae, such a poor experience for a big brand”
“I'm pisssed. Iv spent thousands of dollars on Nike gear. I entered the drawing for the Travis scotts this morning. Acouple minutes later I got a Notification in the app saying that I was chosen in the drawing. Then 10min later I received an email stating that I wasn't chosen in the drawing. This is making me second guess giving Nike another cent of my money.”
“It's all set up I just witnessed it first hand every one of their draws are set up. They have the site set to where if your using a computer you can't have a chance at the draw bc it won't open up on certain ones unless it looks like its coming from a mobile phone. As soon as the computer was set to make it look like it was coming from a mobile device bam it popped up immediately. Every bit of their draws are set up. It's all rigged me and my husband just witnessed it bc it pays to have someone know a lot about computers. Yall are nothing but a lie and I'll never buy another thing from yalls lying self. You are a joke. You don't even send what someone pays for you send them some ragidy shoe you done charged them 210 dollars for. Absolutely ridiculous and I'll never waste another dime of mine shopping with them and they better hope I don't return this thousands of dollars worth of stuff I've bought in the last month bc a lying business like that doesn't deserve my hard earned money I promise that. I'll never look at nike the same and they will be lucky if they don't see me in court bc I have proof their site is rigged. It's all a lie you'll never have a chance don't even go doe it you will be let down evert time where you never had a chance to begin with. It's all lies I seen it first hand. You should be able to join a draw from a computer and unfortunately they have the site set where certain draws you can't which is not right and nit a fair chance to everyone. It's all set up so they already know their fixing to decide who gets it and you shouldn't be able to decide by judging someone and hand picking them yourself bc we know your fixing to pick everyone you know and that's not a fair chance to everyone it's all set up. I'm so done woth their lying self that doesn't deserve my money.”
“I been as a Nike customer for long time and ordered a lot of shoes.
10 days ago I order 1 pair Nike air force 1 evo and the UPS said

I called UPS and they said I have call Nike, ao I call Nike last night and the machine said wait 45 minutes, after almost a hour, the guy pick up the phone and the phone line very not clear, too much noisy so I asked him Hello 2 times and he said so rude " you don't need say hello many times ok, I' m go any where, I 'm here okay..... "
I told him I didn't receive my shoe andhe said hold on and let me wait time about 20 minutes and He can't help me as I need to call UPS, I said I didn't called UPS and they said call Nike and he said hold on several times let he check something..... after one hour he told me the same as before I need to call UPS!!!!
Waste my time 1.5 hours, from now on I will never buy anything Nike product and will tell all my family and friends about this story. Bye bye Nike!!!! I wish I can give them o star!!!”
“sent 2 pair out of 3 but say they ship the 3 pairs. no resolution after waiting 75 minutes to chat with someone that did not resolve the problem. it's easy. the parcel should weight less with 2 then 3 pairs... never again , they stole my money.”
“I live in Canada and purchased a $200 digital gift card from Nike.com where I make all of my online purchases. I did not realize at the time of purchase that the transaction was processed in US dollars. It was a gift for someone’s birthday and they have not been able to use it because we have since found out it is not an accepted form of payment for online purchases here in Canada and is not accepted in any Canadian stores. I did not know this information at the time of purchase or I would have saved myself a lot of stress and disappointment. The Nike Canada agents I spoke with did not know this information either. Multiple times they sent me a list of stores where it should be accepted, only to change their statement later (after I called every store on the list and all stores confirmed the gift card was not recognized in their system). After numerous phone calls, emails and being passed around from Nike Canada to Nike USA, then Nike Corporate in an exhausting process to try to resolve the issue over a period of 3 months, I am extremely disappointed in Nike as a company for their lack of willingness to do the right thing. After multiple “escalations” and requests to Nike USA from myself, Nike Canada and Nike Corporate, they are still not willing to credit or refund the purchase in any way. We do not travel to the USA and even if we did, the closest Nike store is a 6 hour drive. Nike says they care about the customer, but their actions do not align with their company statement. I was told by in-store Nike representatives that this has been an ongoing issue with Nike. This same gift card issue has happened to many Canadians and Nike has not been willing to resolve the issue. All Nike stores in Canada are third party owned and do not accept Nike gift cards purchased online. How confusing and frustrating for customers who started out happy to make a Nike purchase and proud to wear the brand. This experience has completely changed my view of the brand as a whole. Hopefully this will help others avoid the same awful experience.”
