“Bought trainers on 20th December. Delivery stated would arrive on 22nd. Its now 23rd and according to the tracking they haven't been collected by the courier yet. I don't have the means to go out and buy another pair for my grandsons Christmas present so have no idea what to do. Customer support promised me they would arrive in time. So basically he just lied to me . Absolutely abysmal service and as made me feel terrible that a gift I promised he won't get. They had no problem taking my money but provided nothing. I doubt a giant company like them could give a sh#t about what they've done though”

“Buying on line a pair of shoes was the worst mystake , I was charged for items that were out of stock and when I got my money back as online credit and tried to use it , I was charged the full amount again .
Customer service horrible they just adviced me to go ahead and use my card again although they admitted that there was technical issue from the site .”
“Nike is absolutely trash and they should be ashamed of how they conduct business. This is the second time I have ordered shoes and clothes and not even half my order shows up. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, 2 shirts, 2 sweatshirts, shorts and sweatpants. And 3 things came....everything has been out of stock but yet the website continues to let you order??? It's been over a month!!! Then you call in and they say we'll we are out of stock would you like a refund well what else would I like you to do with my money?? I literally hope this company goes out of business”

I went with my family to buy some new shoes she was treble zero communication not happy face . I hope Nike company supervises . “Tried to deliver to wrong address left a pick up card at wrong address my neighbour from across road. when I contacted Nike they had no clue contacted Evri they had no clue what had happened or why my parcel was left 5miles away at a shop from my address they told me a investigation would take place with them selves and Nike and I have to pick up my item or start a return. So I started a return with Nike then my neighbour goes and picks up my parcel a few days later thinking it’s his having no name or address on card when he saw my name on parcel he was very angry driving so far out the way realising it’s not even his parcel there was no name no address on card. Nike and Evri again didn’t know what’s going on or where the parcel has gone or how somebody could pick it up with out being me. Nike is the worst company I have ever dealt with customer service is really poor no help not a clue how to deal with situation on top very rude asked 5 times for someone to contact me no response every time all I got told where lies about call back from a manager today every time which never happened till this day Evri and Nike as bad as each other both clueless of what was going on or happened it has been over a month never heard anything from Nike still Never buying Nike again for me or my kids”
“Nike is a money hungry company I was trying to purchase a pair of shoes that came up at 54$ and when I confirmed it they charged me 94$ when I talked to an expert he told me that I have to wait for the shoe to arrive then send it back then getvmy money and im pretty sure they could of canceled it if they didn't have me waiting for a response on the nike app... sorry but nike needs to change there policies. “Another jordan drop but no shoe, I have entered countless entree for high anticipation shoe drop and never won. I get all every thing in on time and seen to just have bad luck.. The only way I can get popular shoes is on second apps and resellers for 85 percent mark up.. very unfortunate just don't understand why public can't buy at retail prices but it's available for double the price..just a frustrating Spending alot for something that should just be more available.. Some new ideas and new way for the app and drawings to make it fair and more accessible”
“bought 2 pairs of Lebron 19 Low during summer 2022 in USA for our son who plays basketball in a pretty big club (won't name because want service based on brand not fame of club)
Both shoes are looking like new but are broken (cushions exploded)
We're in Europe and they are to the bin! Want to see how this is dealt with

“Great shoes, but buying from nike.com is awful. always has been shaky site, that keeps getting worse. unbelievably long time to process orders and after that you wait another week, at least, to get it shipped to the shipper. good luck with figuring out who they may ship with, generally some second tier carrier. pathetic for this huge, rich corporation to provide such poor customer sales, shipping and service. always accompanied with a lame attempt to blame weather. far better to buy from Dick's or any on-line retailer that may carry your size and ships promptly.”
“I bought my daughter a pair of Nike WinFlo9's in Aug 2022. By Nov, they were squeaking so bad when she walked that the kids at school make fun of her. Because they were $100, she still has to wear them. When I called Nike to see if they could get her a new pair, they said it's probably because they got wet and it's not considered a defect; nothing they could do. So, morale of the story is, don't buy Nike tennis shoes if you're going to wear them outside where they might get wet.”
