My payment for purchase was pending and pending and pending then pops up you don’t get them. WTH. So all these other shoes companies get first buy and now I had to pay twice the price for them. As a single mom my son will be changing his taste in Nike to another brand. Literally when the button on SNKRS went to purchase I hit the button and still didn’t get them. “I've always worn Nike shoes because they're comfortable on my feet. What I hate about Nike shoes is that they don't last very long. I'm 80 years old so, not as active as I was 20 years ago. EVERY pair of Nike shoes I've worn for the last 20 years has self destructed. The soles detach from the shoe and that's it. I've tried flex glue and other useless remedies. What is it that causes the soles to detach?”
“I found the item I wanted, shipping was speedy, however, because I couldn't cancel a recent order that I admit was my mistake in ordering the wrong size, I ordered another pair in the correct size. My complaint is that not only did they not offer free shipping on an order over $100, it cost me almost $22 to return the first pair. Not cool, considering all the websites that offer free shipping and some free returns, or a flat fee.”
“Very surprised how frustrating it was to order online having tried various payments cards then forced to used PayPal as the last option also found issues with multiple deliveries from each order then having to request not to open my packages upon pickup, the best solution was to have it delivered to my nearest Nike store. Think they should take a look at how John Lewis model.”
