worst experience ever, I implore you to never purchase from Nike. com, what a huge mistake, I should have read these reviews before making my purchase!!!

Outraged. Trainers arrived stained with glue in several places. Laces were sticky and stained with glue as well. Shocking, considering I've spent £65 on a pair of trainers. Spent an hour on the chat to try and exchange rather than having a refund, was told to go into nearest library to print out a label and then send it back. Why can't you email QR code where post office scans it and make it simpler for the customers? Not my fault I received damaged goods. I am cancelling my account with Nike and will be ordering from other suppliers.

WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!! I order some air max on 9th April, i received an email on the 12th to ay they had been delivered with a photo attached of them being left sat on top of communal bins, not in the bin or put somewhere safe just sat on top of the bin in clear sight for anyone, shock horror that when i get home the parcel wasn't there! (not like it was left in plane view of the whole main road!) reported this to nike who agreed it was left on top of a bin and would investigate, over a week later still no shoes and still no response from nike! it is there responsibility for their delivery companies incompetence yet i am the one suffering having to chase them everyday and not have my items!! i will never use them again i would rather go through a 3rd party at least they have customer service skills!!

I’ve had nothing but trouble trying to receive a refund from Nike. Getting past from pillow to post. And I’m still no further I will not be shopping with Nike again ever

Brought the Nike Air Force one shadow. When I put on the bottom of my feet burns. Tried other shoes does not happen until I put on this shoe. Now I have calluses. Interior of the show is very hard

I have bought several things from NIKE and every time my NIKE sign peels off, especially on all my pants. I even wash them on cold and air dry my clothes.

I ordered a pair of basketball shoes, on Jan. 23rd said they would be here by Jan 29th...It is the 7th of February and they have not moved. Says awaiting carrier pickup...I have a tournament this weekend I called Nike and they did a reorder and said I would not receive them probably until the 18th of February....save your time and effort order from EBAY way more reliable!!!

I came in to return some Jordan's I bought online. The cashier was Marleih. I pulled the shoes out of my purse. She scans them and tells me insert my card. I look at my phone to said "I have to see what card I used." After entering my pin I noticed she charged me and told her it was a return. I told Her I literally just pulled these out of my purse why would you charge me after I pulled up my Nike app for her to scan. She responded with I didn't see that. Then refunds the shoes but only the purchase she just did not my original online order. I called Nike.com and they told me I had to go in store and that it shows on their end. I get to the store and of course they say it was refunded and so they start checking stock and see that there was a mistake. This whole thing is shady and the girl was rude. I get it's the holidays but paying attention to your job wouldn't hurt. Your literally paid to do so.

The worst shopping experience ever. Could not process payment via website. Managed to phone up and order. Wanted to amend the order less than 2 hours later and change size and had the most difficult, convoluted call to try and sort it. Ended up cancelling the order. Very poor and will never shop here again.

Worry customer service EVER! Absolutely embarrassing and I’ll never buy from the again. I ordered a pair of limited release Jordan 1’s and they immediately sold out after. The company that shipped them couldn’t find my place and took them back. I called Nike, who had the rudest and least helpful staff I’ve ever encountered, and told them what happened. You would think they would just reach out of the company and tell you them to send it back to me but that would be too easy and the right thing to do. They tell me it’s not their problem and I have to call the 3rd party vendor they use and fix the issue myself. The opposite of customer survey. They made the mistake and then pawn it on their customers to figure out. The worst service I’ve ever seen. Called and spoke to 2 different managers who told me two different stories. Don’t ever buy from them, they can care less about any customers.

Had nike boots for 10 years. The quality has declined Using Muzino, leather stitched to footplate, no nomparision in quality Nike boots wouldn't last a season. Best decision to drop Nike

The worst experience I have ever received. not only did I NOT receive my items but Nike customer service did not help in finding where my items had gone nor did they even bother to assist in organising a return. They had taken my money out of my account however only after 11 days of me continuing to ask where my items are they gave up and just simply stated that they would issue a refund. Appalling delivery service. waste of time and no explanation of where my items had gone.

Had a pair of air jordan 1 added to basket as soo as item went live, payment details already saved and then get the following message see attached photo!! Absolutely fuming as I actually genuinely want a pair and all that's happening is people are buying them to flog on ebay at a ridiculous price. Then tried again where again got as far as the checkout and get the message you weren't selected!! Ffs 'selected' to actually purchase an item what a joke.

Waited 5 months so far and still haven’t received my cash refund for a bag that I brought that had a damaged zip. Ive been given a voucher to spend after 4 months but i no longer want to shop with Nike. EVER.

Yesterday, I was at the Nike store in Johnson Creek, WI. At the checkout ~ I was told THAT if I sign-up I'll get a 15% discount that's good for 24 hours. So, I said we had signed up a few months back and NO ONE TOLD US ABOUT THIS DISCOUNT BACK THEN; In that case, I should get the 15% DISCOUNT NOW as it WAS A MISTAKE DONE BY ONE OF YOUR OWN ~ SIMPLE !!!!!! He called the LEAD/MANAGER Mr. Leonard Brox. I explained to him that I should get the 15% off as I WASN'T TOLD BACK THEN THAT I could get a 15% off when I had signed up a few months back. He asked for my email THAT I HAD REGISTERED WITH (so I gave it to him), he 👁👁 saw that I hadn't got that discount. I kept requesting him to apply that discount now - but, it was of no avail. Instead, I was asked to signup with a different email, if I wanted the 15% discount. Finally, I did manage to get the discount (after creating a brand new account with a different email). AND I AM THINKING OF ALL THE TIME WASTED and AFTER MAKING MY LIFE MISERABLE AND LEAVING A FOUL TASTE IN MY MOUTH - How did it help Nike❓❓ Now ~I have marked ALL EMAILS COMING from extension Nike.Com as⛔JUNK ➡That affects Nikes.com's rating; it essentially takes emails from NIKE to anyone in the world to their junk folder (talk to your IT person and they'll explain). ~~I am writing this NEGATIVE review to show NIKE is harassing its customers. ~~~NIKE's policies & procedures are useless or their PROCEDURES ARE NOT customer-friendly. Here's why???? If I can easily get the discount of 15% by registering with another email THEN why not just apply the discount anyways with the previous email???? ~~~~Lead/managers have an attitude (I think the former is the problem). Mind you ~ The manager logged into Nike's system to check with my previously register email whether I had got the 15% discount or not; he SAW that I HAD NOT got the discount. Instead of all this Hoopla he created ~ he could have just applied the 15% discount with a code, I think it is important to keep a present customer happy than to spend 💲💲💲💲💲💲💲💲 on advertising etc. to increase footfall into your stores. Just remember Tesla doesn't advertise but sells easily (talk to any tesla owner and he has a positive story/experience to tell). Just to put it in perspective, I am wasting/taking the time to write this review - ONLY because of 2 reasons. Firstly because I was for 4 years the PROFIT CENTER HEAD of a Supply Chain doing over US💲2 Billion a year (I know what I am talking about), I had created/changed the Standard Operating Procedure SOP that's being used even today & Secondly I like Nike products and a company is only as good as its image in the minds of customers. Addidas and Nike are almost similar products if People keep getting this kind of treatment. They WILL 🛑STOP🛑 BUYING NIKE PRODUCTS. This message is NOT to get a boot to the managers at this store or any other store, but to improve the policy and give the manager the power to keep the customers happy. Quite frankly ~ Nike should create a positive experience/story for the customer I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WASTE EVEN A SINGLE SECOND AT THE STORE TO GET THAT DISCOUNT. Remember, I still got the discount. Nike is a horrible company that could care less about its customers. Nike will take your hard earned money for shoes they don’t even have in stock. And then will simply tell you “We’re sorry” as though this is the 6th grade and that apology is supposed to suffice. Horrible company. If you want shoes find another company!

Received damaged product and on asking for a partial refund since the product was limited edition, customer service was pushing on returning the product, I do want them to realize it takes weeks to reach product and then because of your service standards customer like me have to invest our time again and again. It's been a nightmare dealing with customer service and I wish it has a negative rating option. I will continue buying NIKE products but never from their website. Regretting the decision. A big NO for first-time buyers.

Sent me the wrong item. To get my refund I need to print out a slip, repackage the item, find a post office during COVID lockdown, then wait 3 weeks for my refund. Oh and then reorder for the correct item. If they make a mistake, they make you do the work - they could have sent me a prepaid and addressed satchel to return the wrong item and processed an immediate refund - instead they have a broken process. Don’t buy off them online.
