I've ordered some Jordans from Nike.com on 30th September and my order got stuck in their NL Warehouse since then. In last month I've spoken every week with the customer support department, each agent told me the same story, that their finance department has to approve the request and they have to answer in 5-7 working days. Even if every time I call them, they can see that those days have passed several times, they just add a comment to that case and nothing is happening. I should read more carefully all other reviews about how Nike doesn't give a s**t about customers.

Good trainers but terrible customer service, definitely not a world top company. First time using their website to order online and it was terrible, do not try. Ordered a pair of trainers, got confirmation of dispatch and never got the product. After 10 days contact their chat centre and they said the order was lost that I would have to reorder if I wanted the trainers but they were out of stock. Not only I didn't get the trainers for the event I needed them for but I missed on buying another products during black friday sale. Their customer service didn't offer any sort of solution to this and added another unhappy customer to their record.

Ordered brand new Nike Vaporfly shoes but got used ones..They did not do a basic quality check for these expensive shoes..Sounds crazy.. And I have to wait for another week to exchange them..This is ridiculous..

I ordered a Nike sweater 3 weeks ago and when I call no one knows where the shipment is. When I track it, it’s just stuck in one place with no movement for 2weeks! Never ordering from Nike.com ever again! Lesson learned

Bought expensive pair of shoes. Received them dirty and broken. Sent them back. Waited a very long time to receive back my money. Never again Nike.

One thing I will say about this company is that it's horrible. Allowing fraudulent purchases be viewed as authentic purchases. I've call 3 times about a purchase I never made and it is clear as freakin day that it was sent to a different location from were i have been living for 14yrs. Your company policy states it was an authentic order and if i want my money back I have to return the product. How can I return a product I never received nor did I order to know what it was to even return. You know who ordered the product why not charge them? go after them? since they technically didn't pay for YOUR products and just return the money that is mine that your customer used to fraudulently pay for your products. It's blatantly clear this company runs on absolute greed and fraud and doesn't care about actual justifiable facts. I will be taking legal action. Absolutely Disgraceful, I was never even a customer, but now after this I will NEVER support Nike in any way along with my family and friends.

Ordered 8 days ago and received an order confirmation, after waiting for the promised shipping confirmation I decided to contact them today, only to find out the order had been cancelled and they had not notified me. Go elsewhere for your sporting goods.

I have neuropathy from diabetes, nike is the only shoe I can wear that don't hurt my feet. I purchased 2 pair from sports authority in fay nc. Both shoes fit great and wear good. My 1 pair have a clicking sound in the right shoe every step i take. They are only a week old. I called the store and they referred me to nike.com where I was told to send my shoes in for inspection to determine of there was a defect. I guess I'm supposed to purchase another pair of shoes to wear while mine are in the mail. Not a very good way to honor such a great name in shoes. I was expecting to hear take back to store and let mgr verify noise and replace shoes. Im not wanting my money back, just a shoe that doesn't make a noise. Please help

One of the worst customer service experience I bought shoes that had a manufacturing defect with the sizing and was told by advisors they can't do anything so I asked to speak to a manager and had to wait 1 week with constant calling to receive a call and the manager was very rude and did not even attempt to resolve and accused his staff of lying and offered less that was offered by the advisors and terminated the call without any solution. When asked to speak to someone higher he advised there's no one and to take the business to court JUST WOW. I WOULD ADVISE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

This is what went wrong I am tired of pulling in raffles and trying to get sneakers. That finish line and Foot Locker keep letting people walk out the back door with 5 to 10 pairs of shoes and not giving customers a fair chance to get a pair of sneakers . I have pictures coming out people from finish line with boxes of shoes through the back door how is that fair for anyone 603-674-7033. There's my number just in case if anyone is interesting in more details.

Three item not send with other items. After three months wait and seven calls to Nike, I was told they didn't believe me and I wouldn't be getting a refund. So I am down £90 my age is seventy. So I can not afford to loose that sort of money.

How a ball can roll? We write May 1, 2020, labor day. I order a football from Nike for my grandson. His leaked. I have found a site and it says that it will be delivered between 3 and 7 working days. It is also in stock. Yoursportshop also sends me a confirmation and then I have to wait and see. On May 13 I try to reach the company by phone. Up to 4 times but don't get them. No hearing at all. Then tried again on May 14. Got in touch and things would be sorted out and I would be called back. Called yourself at the end of the afternoon. And I was told it was all laborious. The stock is said to be in Antwerp. The order was immediately passed on the first of May, but nothing had been delivered yet. They would investigate further and then I could call tomorrow for more information. May 15 called at the end of the afternoon. The delivery had not arrived from Nike and an email would be sent to Nike. They would not be available by phone. May 20 called again, because my grandson had not yet received anything. And that was strange, because I found a track and trace code from Post.nl in my mail account. Rara how is that possible? In that phone call I was told that there was still no ball delivered, that Nike delivered bad anyway, while they said that everything was on the way. When I asked where that track and trace code came from, I was told that Yoursportshop had already created it. A kind of sweetie say. They understood that I thought this was all the way it went and indicated that I could either get my money back, but I just wanted to drink that poison cup completely, or just wait. See where it would end. After May 20 comes May 27. My weekly phone call with Yoursportshop and again zero on appeal. Little to no movement. Order lists that indicate that some things are on the way but do not arrive. Nike also does not initially respond to mail and otherwise it is just waiting. I also taste a bit of fear at the shop to iron Nike against the hair, otherwise it would perhaps disadvantage the shop even more with the delivery time. So that's apparently how it works. But also good news because Nike had provided a list and the order was chipped if I say it correctly. So it will be all right then the order will be there the next day at the shop. Er… not so. It is clear that after that I have been on the phone several times at Yoursportshop. I myself had also sent an email to Nike and I had not received an answer to that either. Then I picked up the phone to see if I could get hold of Nike. And after being on hold for 15 minutes I got a call from Maud. I could still tell my name and then the connection was broken !! Euh. Was this a coincidence or incorrect use of the keys on the person I am questioning, bad connection all of a sudden or something else? So called again and indeed after being on hold for 15 minutes I got someone else on the line. I was still able to tell my name and then the connection was broken. Where have I had that before ?? This is how Nike finishes its customer contacts !! Good for achieving the targets, I guess. Finally, the ball was delivered to my grandson on June 6 and he plays with it wonderfully. And if he gets thirsty from playing, he can drink something from the water bottle that Yoursportshop has added as a courtesy. I doubt whether I will order something more often there and Nike .. Nike has suffered a heavy defeat.

I bought some shoes that sucked so I returned them as according the their returns policy. They accepted the return but refuse to refund me. It's been nearly a month since I returned the shoes and I've contacted them countless times, but they never give me my refund. Sometimes they tell me it's way, or they'll contact me to resolve, but it never does it come and they never contact me back. I've filed a BBB complaint and still nothing... I will NEVER order from Nike again. AVOID. Just don't do it!

I ordered something from them and came after one month of waiting,I was keep calling to see what's happening with my clothes because I had no updating from them ,and no one was answering,not on phone and neither in chat ....finally someone was answering me and they said they have good news for me and that I ll get my parcel on Monday,Monday of course has passed and still didn't get my parcel...I was keep calling for them and again no one has answered then I decided to go in chat with them,after 2 hours of waiting someone finally answered and after one minute of chating with them,it was disconected ,and it wasn t the internet fault,then I was keep waiting and again someone started chat with me and I said to them that I don t whant their products anymore and I want a refund,they said "no,u will not get any refund,until you ll get your parcel" and they shut down my chat ....how I suppose to know when I ll get my parcel if I have no updates from them,di after one month I got my delivery,the quality of leggings was really bad,and really bad custom services....definetly won't buy again from them anymore

Nike product quality is going downhill. They use adhesive on the pants instead of sewing and after couple washes, adhesive falls apart. I wont buy their high price products again. Price doesnot reflect quality.

26 mei deed ik mee met de loting van SNEAKRS is ook van Nike! Ik kon Nike SB Dunk Low x Ben & Jerry's 'Chunky Dunky' winnen. Ik had gewonnen met loting en moest nog alleen afrekenen. Ik sta te wachten op de pagina van PayPal maar hij gaf gelijk aan dat pagina niet meer actief is en neem contact op met de verkoper!? WTF en Jahoor loting voorbij! Niks betaald, dus niks gewonnen!! EN BEDANKT. Na bellen met Nike kreeg ik 15% korting terwijl Nike.com sowieso SALE30 code voor iedereen te gebruiken was. Er lagen nog 2 schoenen in het winkelwagen die ik zelfde dag heb afgerekend! Een normaal iemand zou nooit meer wat kopen bij Nike.com - Jordan Why Not? Zer0.3 maat 44 - Air Jordan 3 Retro Tinker maat 44,5 Ik reken af en krijg een bevestiging met daarin: We hebben je betaling ontvangen: C00176119519. Later kreeg ik weer een mail: Bestelling ontvangen (Nike.com #C00176119519) en een Geschatte leveringsdatum 05/06/2020 staat erbij vermeld in dat mail. 2 a 3 dagen later krijg ik een mail van Nike.com dat mijn bestelling onderweg is. Maar wel met 1 schoen minder want die is geanuleerd. En nog wel Air Jordan 3 Retro Tinker die geanuleerd was! WTF ik kon ergens dat schoen kopen maar bij Nike.com koste het maar € 110.58.- wat ik btw beetje te goedkoop vond! Verdacht dit! Nu heeft Nike.com mijn Air Jordan 3 Retro Tinker geanuleerd en kan ze nergens meer kopen door dit *** grapje. Als ik dit eerder te horen had gekregen, dan had ik ze snel nog ergens anders gekocht maar ik ging ervan uit dat ze gewoon bezorgd worden voor 05/06/2020 wat in de mail stond! Nu heb ik geen schoen en kan ook niet meer kopen. IK BEN 2 HELE DIKKE MODELEN KWIJT GERAAKT DOOR NIKE.COM 29 mei kreeg ik mijn bestelling binnen en die klopte niet want Air Jordan 3 Retro Tinker was geanuleerd en waarom weet ik nog steeds niet! Ik hoor dan nog €110,58 terug te krijgen van de geanuleerde Retro Tinker! En Jahoor na 35min wachten aan de telefoon kreeg ik een domme medewerker die niet kan uitleggen waarom het geanuleerd is!?
