Never brought from them before, saw ALOT of bad reviews but I thought I’d still give it ago as they are such a big company but I should have listened! Brought a pair of Jordan’s, it said waiting carrier pick up for a week and then I had to message them twice asking where they are & then they come back and tel me they are lost and I have to get a refund instead. Very unhappy. Very unsatisfactory & now my shoes are out of stock
