WON A RAFFLE FOR MENS SIZE 10 UNC DUNKS ON THE SNKRS APP. PAID 100 FOR THEM. NIKE SENT ME TODDLER SIZE 6C WHICH ARE ONLY 50 DOLLARS. CALLED NIKE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. THEY SAY " WERE SORRY BUT WERE OUT OF STOCK OF YOUR SIZE." (WHICH I WON BY RAFFLE!!!!! ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO WIN) THEY PROCEED TO OFFER ME A REFUND AND TELL ME THEY'LL SEND A RETURN FOR THE TODDLER SIZE I NEVER ORDERED... I bought a pair of Nike renew And on my first day of wearing them I had blisters in the back of my heel I love the fit but unfortunately the back of it rubs too hard and it will do blisters love the look but unfortunately if you have a night job like as a nurse don’t recommend them at all or for running they’re very comfortable but unfortunately the back of the heel will cut you ! It’s sad because all I wear is Nike shoes they’re the most comfortable ones for me!

I’ll never spend money at Nike again. I got scammed out of 200 dollars with a gift card and they wouldn’t honor it. Unbelievable

The worst online shopping experience I had thus far. Don't waste your time here. Extremely unprofessional staff and slow response. My order got canceled because they couldn't verify my payment. I was using PayPal to pay for my order. The reason I am using PayPal is that they provide a secure and convenient platform and they protect the buyer. I believe this is a human error from Nike or eShopWorld.

I bought a gift card at a store and there were already fraudulent charges being made on it before I could use it. So I called Nike and reported it and they stopped my card and said they were going to do an investigation and that it take up to 10 days when it originally took 4 weeks and all they sent me through email was they aren't responsible for their Nike cards or any fraudulent charges and that I wouldn't be refunded for the fraudulent charges nor the balance left on my card. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. Don't try calling customer service or anyone in the company because they will not help nor care to help you or give you updates regarding anything.

I received an order of Nike Air Max 270 sneakers that I ordered earlier this month. Immediately after delivery, I opened the box to find that both the left and the right shoe appears worn. There was residue was on the soles. It is absolutely disgusting that Nike Inc. does not respect customers enough to ship new and unused products! Sadly, while many businesses had to close their doors, Nike is open and taking for granted the opportunity to do business. If they cannot provide standard customer service, they should close their doors.

i literally spend thousands of dollars a year on nike shoes, and apparel. I have literally been a walking billboard for them. I was extremely disappointed on my last transaction. I tried to purchase two pair of shoes from the NIKE web site. I was ok with waiting a week to receive them but then the days came and went . I contacted customer service and explained my concern about not receiving the products on the promised date. I was expecting oh no worries it will be there or sorry its late. When i got " It hasnt left here yet" that was a little bothersome. During the chat i felt like the customer service rep had dismissed the whole thing and me as a customer. i asked what could be done and was told nothing for now lets just wait and see if they show up tonight. they just told me it hadn't shipped how on earth could i get it tonight. Unless somehow they have Santa's sleigh and reindeer. so i said well i guess we should cancel. She was way to quick to pull that trigger and the order was cancelled and she was on her way. Well Brittani i am guessing you are getting a lump of coal this year. NIKE is this your idea of how to treat a loyal customer if so i guess i will be changing brands. I know my little money wont change the bottom line but in the beginning a dream is never just about the money is it.

NIKE.COM ARE LIARS On Feb 12, 2021 I purchased a pair of Air Jordan V Low Golf Shoe men's size 9 from from NIKE.COM. On the same day I purchased a separate pair of sneakers from he same site. It is Feb 27, 2021 and I only received the other pair of sneakers. When I continue to contact NIKE. COM about my Jordans they keep giving excuses saying due to inclement weather the sneakers have not been shipped. I considered their excuses and today on Feb 27, 2021 and I only received the other sneakers but never received my Jordans. Nike.com chat representatives continue to lie and say that my Jordans are being sent from Memphis TN and the weather held up the shipment and my other order came from a different warehouse, which is a lie. My other sneakers came from Memphis, TN, which is the same warehouse that the Jordans were supposed to be shipped from but never arrived and still have not been shipped. I have my tracking number and tracking history from the other sneakers I received and it is showing Memphis, TN. I am tired of the lies NIKE.COM is giving on why my Jordans have not arrived. I am a 100% disabled Veteran and my money does not come easy and for NIKE to have the nerves to lie about my Jordans is truly a shameful act and unprofessional. They had to nerves to send me a tracking number for my Jordans without sending the sneakers to Fedx. They took my money from my NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION credit card but refuse to send me my item i purchased. They continue to blame the weather with their lies and I have been looking at the weather in Memphis, TN and it has not been snowing as bad as it has been in TX. On NIKE.COM website it is showing my item have been shipped when it is not and I made copies of the the chat texts with NIKE representatives, displaying their lies and dishonesty. This is a distrustful company and they should be ashamed but it's obvious they do not care about their reputation because all of the reviews show they are dishonest. They are dirty and I will never purchase sneakers from Nike ever again. I will only purchase from reliable and trustworthy companies like Reebok and Adidas. I have utilized both Reebok and Adidas online and I have never dealt with any issues with receiving my orders. Nike.com is a dirty low down company, they have no issues taking people money and not sending the products. My advise to others do not deal with NIKE.COM go to Footlocker and other reputable companies who will value their customers. Your order is on its way. I ordered 3 items Two shoes and one trouser it doesn’t fit on me I return them they refund for two items they took my money, I called them three times they said I have to approved I told them how I’m going to approve if the three items in one label they said this is what we can to do for you. I never order from them bad service. I never order again.

Only wear Nike brand athletic shoes. Returned a defective pair of shoes after 60 days and return was denied and sent back to me. Tried chatting with a few reps and was told to pound sand so to speak. Returning 3 pairs of shoes and cancelling current order. No customer service on this topic. Terrible training and will find another vendor moving forward. Go Nike!!!

These people are scammers. I ordered a pair of sneakers for Christmas and here we are in mid January and still haven’t received anything! I emailed them asking about my shipment and all they can say is wait until the 30th of December to give it more time due to COVID 19. I then received a email before the 30th stating they will send me a new pair or refund me. Now it’s the 14th of January and I have not gotten my package or my refund back! They aren’t responding to any of my emails or calls! This is so unprofessional to just take peoples hard earned money. Shame on you Nike!! I will never buy from you again!! And I will get my money from y’all!!!

Is took all these years to find out what absolutely disgusting company Nike is.they are the people that are committing fraud against customers your credit card details are not safe with this company . They have made many mistakes and what they try to do is cover up their mistakes by lying and accusing customers of different things they accused me of 3 different offences but when I proved my innocence and put them in their place they got nasty and blocked the account will that was their mistake because all the evidence all the recordings all my video footage has gone over the internet where people are commenting on this so be very careful using this company as they are liars. How dare you try to accuse me of committing wrong when you are the people that are committing wrongdoings employing people on the phone just for the pandemic that haven't got a clue about your company that give out wrong information that cost people astronomical phone bills where they put people on hold up to 45 minutes. they chose to mess with the wrong person because for the rest of my time in history I will write a review on every single review platform I can to expose this company for what they are. And a message to the public spend your money with retailers that respect who you are as a customer, and don't accuse you of wrongdoing is just to cover their staffs mistakes.I thought it was just me they done this too but on reviewing many messages from different customers I am not the only person they have done this too. And Nike when you treat people like this you are just upsetting them and they will carry on telling people what you have put them through you are crooks you are disgusting liars. And all you have done one-winged what you done to me and what you have done to other people is show that you are not a trustworthy company you have shown that you are liars crooks and you have also shown that people's personal information and credit card details and not safe with your company.absolutely disgusting and I hope and wish what you have done to myself and have done to other customers comes back to you and comes back to members in your team and they are put through the disgusting ordeals that you are putting your customers through.

I have been buying from Nike UK for years, but never again!! Everything is okay until you need help, then you’re on your own. I ordered a Gift Card as a Christmas gift and it never came, and dispute sending over 10 emails, and calling more than 20 times they have done nothing!! They basically told me to **** off! Thankfully I paid via PayPal so I have opened a claim with against Nike as they refuse to acknowledge my messages. I can say honestly that it’s the worst Customer Service I have ever received. After 2 weeks of non-stop calls they still have ignored me every time I have made contact. Buyer beware, if you need help you will receive nothing. Nike’s motto is clearly “get the money and run!!!” Terrible terrible terrible!!!!

Nike sucks they canceled an order that I made without reason and without notification so now a 13-year-old girl won’t receive her stupid Nike shoes on Christmas day which for most kids is an important holiday never buying anything from Nike again.

I have never had a worst experience buying online in my life! I paid with apple pay and the website did not read my apartment number on my delivery address. They shipped the item with the wrong address and I contacted them everyday since UPS says only the sender can update the address. They told me several times that the issue would be fixed and escalated to their elite team, yesterday I talked to another representative and they told me all people before him lied and nothing was escalated and no one was doing anything to fix the issue. Worst brand and customer service I've ever ver dealt with! Be aware before buying from them. They definitely do NOT care about their customers and just want your money!
