Received damaged product and on asking for a partial refund since the product was limited edition, customer service was pushing on returning the product, I do want them to realize it takes weeks to reach product and then because of your service standards customer like me have to invest our time again and again. It's been a nightmare dealing with customer service and I wish it has a negative rating option. I will continue buying NIKE products but never from their website. Regretting the decision. A big NO for first-time buyers.
