After being a lifelong Nike customer I have to leave this 1 star review sadly.
Bought lovely pair or dunks in the sale from Nike website, writing on the back of the shoe literally falling off after 10 wears.
Sure they offer a refund but I want the same shoe, repaired or replaced, they absolutely refuse to help, offering refund only. I can’t get the same shoe at same price.
No complaints procedure nothing.
The poor quality surprised me, makes me believe the shoe is counterfeit
