Outraged. Trainers arrived stained with glue in several places. Laces were sticky and stained with glue as well. Shocking, considering I've spent £65 on a pair of trainers. Spent an hour on the chat to try and exchange rather than having a refund, was told to go into nearest library to print out a label and then send it back. Why can't you email QR code where post office scans it and make it simpler for the customers? Not my fault I received damaged goods. I am cancelling my account with Nike and will be ordering from other suppliers.
