Bought trainers on 20th December. Delivery stated would arrive on 22nd. Its now 23rd and according to the tracking they haven't been collected by the courier yet. I don't have the means to go out and buy another pair for my grandsons Christmas present so have no idea what to do. Customer support promised me they would arrive in time. So basically he just lied to me . Absolutely abysmal service and as made me feel terrible that a gift I promised he won't get. They had no problem taking my money but provided nothing. I doubt a giant company like them could give a sh#t about what they've done though
