I ordered a bc pair of shoes that were almost $100 for my daughter and while at work received notification of them being delivered. I had my kids check only to find nothing. I called customer service in which I was told to wait till the following day because she’s seen things get marked before customers received their item. Well that wasn’t the case for me and the driver never left a picture like they’re supposed to. Long story short because this happened before in 2023 they said they can’t do anything about. So, Nike just pretty much stole my money as far as I’m concerned.
