I PURCHASED NIKE SHOES VIA ONLINE ORDER NUMBER -NSA0202350-9382 on 15 Nov 2024 and on 18th raised a ticket for Return.
i did not change my address, its the same since the time they delivered.
Since 19th Nov , Nike's KSA pickup agent SHIPA LOGISTICTS who messaged me (contact numbers-)

are raising FAKE calls, saying they will come to pick, but does not come. Low standard logistic services + your partner
5 times i received WhatsApp messages, but no-one visited for pickup
I complained to Nike Customer Service too 6 times, even they say their agent will visit soon and they will resolve, even this went is vain.
i visited the Granada Mall store to return, the cashier refused to take and asked me to visit Nakeel Mall....and only at this store they accepted.
Fed-up / disappointed /terrible / horrible/ disastrous and worst experience.
