Placed an order, wasn’t delivered. Followed up 3 times with customer services, who didn’t have a clue. Finally worked out the items were in-fact out of stock (although still available on the website). Now over a week into this process with Nike. No items and still no refund. I would look to Adidas for a better shopping and customer experience.
