New product launch was delayed without notice. When it was finally announced their online system puts you in a line, so be careful because even though your order is input, it is not placed until you are released in the line. Problem is, if the product sells out, like in my case, it simply states Processing error. Go back to reorder -- not available. Totally unfair system. Should hold your order when you select the product. Really?? This company should have a better system than this!
