First time shopped online on nike.com. I'm super disappointed with the shopping experience. I made my order a month ago and I still not receive any email regards on the shipping. I talked with a live-chat agent and he said there was an error when processing my order and I will be informed in 3-5 working days. I just couldn't believe a BIG BRAND like Nike has the worst customer service that I had ever had. It should have told me in the first place when there is an error but no one says until I go and ask about it. AND I still waiting for my product to come. I will never shop Nike online again. It just ruined the whole online shopping experiences.
