Impossible to return an item - live chat doesn't work and I'm now being told I'm outside of the 14-day return window and need to provide proof that the live chat didn't work. Can't believe how dodgy the website is for a company as established as Nintendo.

My return was since accepted by Nintendo so I sent the item back on 13 Dec 2021, which Nintendo received on 15 Dec 2021. I still haven't received my refund as of 7 Jan 2021 despite this being 14 working days ago. Chasing Nintendo as to why I haven't received my refund and when I will receive it has been unsuccessful so far.
AVOID buying directly from Nintendo, they're a shockingly shady company.
