“So, let me tell you about this crazy situation I found myself in. I had invested a significant amount of money in this company, thinking it would be a great opportunity to make some extra cash. But then things took a turn for the worse, and suddenly I couldn't withdraw my funds and they could not give me a reasonable reason for that other than asking for my personal information which is kinda weird. I was freaking out, until a friend recommended Mrs. Charlotte Scotte and her remarkable team to help me out. Let me tell you, they were lifesavers! They worked tirelessly to retrieve my money from the company, and after some back and forth, I finally got it back. I can't thank them enough for their expertise and persistence in getting me what was rightfully mine. It was definitely a lesson learned about doing thorough research before investing in anything, that's for sure!

“I ordered a Switch dock with a charging cable and an HDMI cable. Their website mentioned that it would be shipped to me in 2-4 days. What it didn't mention is that my order wasn't fully in stock, so I waited for almost 2 months until I received an e-mail from them saying that my order was cancelled because it didn't have enough funds. I checked my funds and saw that I did have enough, and when I contacted Nintendo I was told that their cancellation was irreversible and that I should place a new order, which would probably place me at the back of the waiting line again and there's no way to trust that the payment process will go correctly next time and that they won't cancel that order immediately as well.”
“Worst experience with customer support. I have a Nintendo Switch and it was not charging and it was under warranty. I was in touch with their customer support to fix this but no luck. Then Nintendo support requested to send the device to them. When they received it then they send me an email that the device is damaged and that is why we could not cover this under warranty. It was working since the last charge. My son complained that it is not charging when the device battery was showing 5%. Which means everything was fine and it was not damaged. Even I confirmed with my son that he didn't drop it on the floor or something. Now they are asking for $106 to repair it.
I would like to let you guys know that please avoid this product.”

I have returned my items worth £1,799.95 on the 04/01/2022. Received by Nintendo on the 07/01/2022. After this they advised that I should receive the refund after 14 working days. Today we are the 25/01/2022. I have been chasing this for a long time and I have escalated this many times. I have received no update from the team in charge. I do not recommend this company as this is a shocking service. The customer service on the LiveChat is useless. This is a big amount and I want my money back.”
“Impossible to return an item - live chat doesn't work and I'm now being told I'm outside of the 14-day return window and need to provide proof that the live chat didn't work. Can't believe how dodgy the website is for a company as established as Nintendo.
Update:
My return was since accepted by Nintendo so I sent the item back on 13 Dec 2021, which Nintendo received on 15 Dec 2021. I still haven't received my refund as of 7 Jan 2021 despite this being 14 working days ago. Chasing Nintendo as to why I haven't received my refund and when I will receive it has been unsuccessful so far.
AVOID buying directly from Nintendo, they're a shockingly shady company.”
“Ordered on Thursday 09/12 just after midnight. After reading reviews once ordered I was very anxious I would not receive the console bundle intime for Christmas or at all.
I am absolutely amazed at the fact it was delivered today, two days after I placed the order, in less than 48hours even.
It is well packed, although maybe it could do with some bubble wrap at the bottom of the box, just for extra protection. Thank you very much to nintendo.co.uk and whoever got my order ready and processed, absolutely fabulous service. Will defo order from here again.”
“Probably the worst experience I have had with a company. I deleted my account thinking this is how I stopped online payments. It was not made clear this would render my switch useless. Nintendo ignored me for four months before telling me there was nothing they could do. They refused to refund me or even apologize. They are happy to waste your time and money.
