I have returned my items worth £1,799.95 on the 04/01/2022. Received by Nintendo on the 07/01/2022. After this they advised that I should receive the refund after 14 working days. Today we are the 25/01/2022. I have been chasing this for a long time and I have escalated this many times. I have received no update from the team in charge. I do not recommend this company as this is a shocking service. The customer service on the LiveChat is useless. This is a big amount and I want my money back.
