In short - you buy something on Nintendo store https://store.nintendo.ie, next you receive email with tracking number from DPD with info : "We are awaiting parcel from Nintendo" , next you contact Nintendo-so-called-support and you are given the same info: “we are currently pending feedback from the relevant team” . The same "copy&paste" template since almost 2 months, no matter what you ask ! This shop is a scam ! I should googled for "nintendo store opinions" before :( There are many others like me threated by Nintendo like garbage. Need some lawyer for mass suit !
