RUINED PARTY. Ordered for my daughter’s 21st a month in advance. Charged immediately, but never got a shipping notice. Missed the delivery date. No response to voicemail, email, or web form. Filing a charge dispute with my credit card company. Do NOT rely on them for an important occasion.
