Customer Service is 11/10! With my son's 21st birthday fast approaching and a few shipping hiccups, the NIPYATA team ensured his pinata was there in time for the party. It was a HUGE hit (no pun intended), and all the "kids" raved about it. For once, I got to be the "cool mom"-LOL! I can't recommend this product or company enough; they went above and beyond. I can't thank them enough.
