I don't even want to leave 1 star. I placed my order on 11/08/22 for my son's birthday on 11/18/22. I sent an email, as instructed, to make sure it would be delivered on time. I received a response that it would absolutely be received before his birthday. Today is 11/18/22 (his birthday) and the tracking says it will not be there until Monday which is way too late for the celebration so now it is useless. I have tried several times to call (always get the voicemail) and no one ever calls me back. I have also email several times with no response. I will never use this company again and I will make sure to let anyone I can tell not to use them!!!!!!!
