I have been looking at one certain card from NIPYATA! for this whole year. Unfortunately, I never found the opportunity to order it! This past week, I figured it out and placed my order!!!! I am so excited to give this "card" to my father-in-law for his birthday (even though it is labeled as a fathers day card - it does not actually say happy fathers day, so it is multi-purposeful)!! I also want to add that when I placed my order, on Thanksgiving evening, I was drinking and accidentally placed my order for 2 of the same card. When I noticed my mistake 1-2 days later, I emailed back my confirmation email and asked if it was possible to change my order to only 1 card and be refunded for the other. I was honestly expecting it to turn into a huge ordeal and have to cancel my whole order, wait for a refund, and then reorder what I wanted. BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! Will, emailed me back within hours to let me know he would be issuing me a partial refund for my order and that I would only be sent and charged for 1 card! My refund hit my account in probably less than 24 hours too! I am very pleased with the customer service provided by Will at NIPYATA! I cannot wait to receive my product and give it to my father-in-law!! Edit: there is a question on here that asked if my product was delivered on time, the answer is no, but I am not holding NIPYATA! accountable for that as delays should be expected around the holiday time.
