The product did not ship until the day it was suppose to be delivered and only after I called and emailed. Although I left a two day buffer it still did not arrive on time because of issues with fed ex. What upset me the most was that there was no apology and no response to me emails other than a shipping notification and a refund. I realize things happen but at least be accountable. My daughter is out of state and this was for her 21 bday. I was extremely disappointed.
