Everything was great, the only reason why I dropped a star was because the shipping box came with a return address from Depuy Spine, with a hand written note "do not open until 4/12". Depuy is a company I am familiar with as part of the JnJ brand and I knew I had not ordered anything from them and was very suspicisious of the package. This return address caused a lot of confusion for my household, I hope this is not a normal shipping practice.
