There was one time when was in a rush to head to an appointment, I called and relayed this point to Nirros staff beforehand.
My car was getting a full service, the job was done but they kept me waiting in the office for around 40mins until I got up and searched for my car then I got seen.
I was late for my appointment after. I believe they did this to me as a joke.
I was surprised as to how I was being treated as a paying customer.
