When I bought my nearly new Nissan Qashqai, it was recorded that the sales team had lost 1 of the keys, but they would supply me a new one. 6 months later, many phone calls and emails and I still don't have the key.
Other pre-existing problems also haven't been rectified.
I won't be buying another Nissan.
