Box came by UPS and looked like a forklift had run through the side of the outer box. The inner box was punctured also but in examining the pouches inside, they were all intact as shipped. The pouch package must be very tough and held up where cardboard did not. Customer service was very good and offered to replace box but was told since pouches were intact to never mind. Only complaint I have is I ordered on March 6th and did not arrive until March 14. UPS was very slow and very clumsy.
