We purchased a Miller & Mason Petrol Pressure Washer, and it never worked. Nitrotek has refused to honour our rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2015, which entitles us to a full refund for faulty goods within 30 days. Instead, they demand we return the item at our expense and say refunds are subject to their investigation. This is unacceptable. We are now considering legal action. Buyers beware—both the product and customer service are disgraceful.
