Sofa ordered and paid for in full in August 2020. Agreed delivery in 8 weeks. Finally delivered 24 weeks later! Emails take four days to answer. 'Phone calls/messages are ignored. Assured delivery dates postponed. Customer service is truly abysmal. The product is good quality but very, very expensive. Just shop elsewhere.
