Horrendous! Ordered a floor lamp and nearly 3 weeks later still no lamp. Spent ages trying to speak to someone and was promised a call back and nothing!!! Or you can’t get through on the phone lines. I have given up in my lamp now and have asked for a refund but will I ever see it?!
