This company is a total scam and not sure how they survive on the German market. This company is a total scam. I had a membership for the boxers+socks combo open for 6 months and only received 3 pairs of boxers (1 of which should be free of charge and never was) while trying to resolve the issue with them via email, because they have no back office support, you can call but no one ever answers you. They always answers your emails after 2-3 weeks and ignore everything you write in it, making completely false claims, like the address was not correct, although 1/3 of your orders have arrived to the "false adress". I blame myself for not closing my account after the first month and just loosing that amount of money. It cost me so much time and stress to get in touch and resolve the issue, that the money is actually not even important. Their customer support is just disgusting.
