“Subscription that doesn’t let you cancel with immediate effect! I cancelled my subscription after my payment was taken and emailed them to ask to refund my payment as I’m no longer with my partner who this subscription was for. Not only did they refuse to refund my payment taken that day but I have been charged a final payment a whole month later! So this is two pairs of boxers I have now got with no use to me! Scam company, a complete shambles!”
“Scam company. Lure you in with a free trial but don't let you cancel until you've "Had a chance to try the product". By the time their system does allow you to cancel, you're on the hook for 2 months of payments because of their hidden terms.
Sent email requests to cancel before hand and they were ignored. Customer service were a nightmare when I did get hold of them. Took weeks going back and forth and they refused to let me cancel "because terms and conditions".
As for the product: Boxers fade after one use and wash. And made out of weird material that constantly catches making them itchy and uncomfortable. Socks are very thin (think Tesco's basic black/white socks with a pattern on them). In other words, cheapo products charged at premium prices.”

La calidad es cuestionable , puedes encontrar mejores sin muchos problemas y con diseños mucho más atractivos a precio menor.”
“Terms of service lock you into a paid subscription that you cannot cancel after getting your "free" pair of boxer shorts due to their policy of paying for your next month before the boxers are even sent out.
My second pair haven't been sent out and will not be for 3 weeks time however they are demanding payment for these and will not let me cancel my subscription until I have paid. Even threatening debt collectors.
The free pair I received were not particularly true to size and made with a cheaper material than most high street brands so no reason to even bother, especially with the high subscription price point.”
“Sizing is absolute joke site states xl will fit 38 bust & 14 briefs . I usually wear 36d & uk size 12 so I ordered both in an xl to be in the safe side.
Bralet barely covers half of boobs & I find there is no return or refund for sizing issues . I now have a set that has cost me £25.90 & is useless & there is no option to return for a refund unless goods are faulty. I wonder how many others have received their first set to be disappointed by be sizing and be £25.90 out of pocket. Not a bad money maker really with zero customer service”

You will be chased down for payments even after you cancel and you will receive threats via email if you do not pay even though you haven’t been sent the boxers. I’ve been subscribed for quite a long time now and I’ve realised it’s just not worth it. The value just isn’t that great and cancelling under the condition you still pay the next months payment off is crazy.”
“Absolutely brilliant company, my boxers get delivered on time and they're very comfortable, I once got a pair where the stitching was loose and they sent out a free replacement pair so I'm very happy overall with them”

“I signed up for the "free" first pair, being promised a 14 day trial period to decide if I wanted to carry on my subscription. After two weeks nothing had arrived, so I requested a replacement. Still nothing and we're approaching a month since originally signed up. Have since cancelled my subscription but of course they still plan on charging me, due to their shady one month cancellation notice policy. I will be calling my bank to block any payments from them. Don't waste your time.”
