“**One Star Only Because I Can't Give Zero - Total Scam!**
I signed up for the 14-day trial with ON THAT ASS to try their underwear, but this company is nothing more than a scam. I cancelled my membership on the last day of the trial because I wasn’t happy with the product quality. Despite cancelling, they continue to send threatening emails demanding payment for a membership I no longer have and products I never received!
Their system conveniently makes it impossible to cancel your account or membership easily, and their customer service is rude and unhelpful. All I received was the free sample, which was disappointing enough to make me cancel right away. Yet, they are still trying to charge me for a cancelled membership and nonexistent products.
Avoid this company at all costs. Their shady practices and aggressive tactics are not worth the headache. I gave them one star only because zero stars isn’t an option!”

“Scam. I had a cancelled membership from 2 years ago. Since moved to a new house I decided to set up a new account. They billed me 2 times and didn't send me anything. They have sent to my old address even tho the account is cancelled. They refuse to refund me any money and refuse to send items to the correct address. Avoid at all costs total scam”

“I've been with you guys for years and ive notice recently I've been throwing away my newest boxers as they have holes within a few weeks though my very first ones are lasting longer .. make that make sense the quality of them now are bad and probably going to cancel as I'm throwing away NEW boxer every few weeks. “So I was actually on a game and this advertisement “on that ass” came up , so I had a look through to see what it was about and it interested me at the start , it came up with 1 pound delivery just for the set of underwear so I got myself the pink ones I got for free obviously and I just paid delivery , it came and I tried it on I liked it but couple days later the underwear ripped into pieces it was like it wasn’t sawed on properly or anything so I threw it away , I checked my emails randomly to receive what other people are getting on here as they are threatening to get debt collectors , they say if I don’t send 13 pound we will charge more and more and they give you a certain amount of time to pay it or it’s the threatening emails , so I send a email back saying I want to unsubscribe and don’t threatened me with debt collectors .”
