I signed up for the "free" first pair, being promised a 14 day trial period to decide if I wanted to carry on my subscription. After two weeks nothing had arrived, so I requested a replacement. Still nothing and we're approaching a month since originally signed up. Have since cancelled my subscription but of course they still plan on charging me, due to their shady one month cancellation notice policy. I will be calling my bank to block any payments from them. Don't waste your time.
