“Flimsy material not even stitched just glued together bits of fabric. The designs are boring and the support is none existent. I only tried because of a free trial, screams temu special. I wanted to cancel the subscription before the deadline and it wouldn't let me do so until a certain date which was past the 14 day think it over period. Seems set up intentionally to make it difficult to do so. Will not be recommending or buying anymore.”
“Absolutely terrible company for trying to cancel your subscription, I have been sent 2 bra sets to date, the pants are great but the bras are just nipple covers no support at all, stay away from this company.”
“Nice underwear, but then they start asking for money after cancelling, i don't want to pay anything anymore, i cancelled the membership, stop asking me for money!”
“Appalling customer service, supply's UK customers but everything is governed by Dutch law with no UK legal resolution possible, AVOID at all costs, If you cancel they will still charge you for a further month!”
“I have read a couple of reviews here and there about this company and itās safe to say that they are true.
The products are good and still have some pairs but I cancelled a couple months back.
Now I am starting to see tons of offers and promotions about free boxers and what not. So I tried clicking on them, lead me back to my account as usual here and there and was wrapped back into the subscription service deals within a click of a button.
I then therefore tried cancelling it instantly with success however was then still charged Ā£11.99 the following month for boxers that I donāt even need.
This is the thing though, From their free boxers trials to terms and conditions scandals there is a 1 month notice period so even though you want to cancel or what not money will still be taken. Some extreme cases include people receiving 2 or 3 boxers they donāt want and therefore debt collectors being sent to them.
I could possibly go on rambling on and on but the reviews and experience generally speaks for itself. When you are in a situation like me and payed via PayPal just open up a case or call your bank because I have seen plenty of people mentioning their banks were more then happy to take the money back due to scam suspicions.
However their customer service is alright and responds within a day or 2 and website design is good but all of these can go plunging down when you steal your own customers money. Feel free to try the free trial.”
“ON THAT ASS is a SCAM! Stay away!
This is the worst experience Iāve ever had with a subscription service. ON THAT ASS is a complete scam. They make you believe you can cancel anytime, but in reality, itās nearly impossible. Even if you follow all the steps to cancel, they keep charging you month after month without your consent.
The quality of their products is also disappointing. After just a few washes, the fabric wears out, loses elasticity, and looks awful. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration of dealing with them.
The only real way to stop them from charging you is to unlink your bank card from PayPal, because otherwise, they will keep taking your money even after you try to cancel. Itās absolutely ridiculous.
If you value your time and money, stay far away from this company. Cancelling is a nightmare, and their only goal is to keep charging you while making it impossible to leave. Do not fall for this scam!”
“Thank you all so much, you really saved my life with this! For anyone else who used PayPal for payment: If the app doesnāt allow you to cancel the membership and keeps asking you to wait for another product, make sure to immediately disconnect your bank account and credit card from PayPal! Then, go to PayPal settings > Payments > Automatic Payments, and there youāll find the subscription, where you can cancel it.
Iām not an expert on this, but from what Iāve researched, If you chose credit card as payment I would highly recommend blocking/deactivating your credit card or transferring all your money to another bank."
Hope that helps!
STAY SAFE GUYS - do not send them money, they will just keep asking for more and more, after one piece...”
“A company manager from this website called me, claiming to be an analyst recruiting people to trade and earn money. All the money I deposited was the minimum amount, $125,000 A few days later, they praised my āsuccessā and said I needed to increase my deposit fivefold to maximize efficiency. I added more money and started trading. I reached out for assistance several times, only to find out it wasnāt free either! When I had a significant amount ready for withdrawal, they said I had to pay taxes and fees. Expecting my profits, I didnāt question it. After another transfer, my account was blocked. No one contacts me anymore, and as you might guess, the scammers kept my money without allowing me make my withdrawals i contacted a recovery agent called alexi victim with the email address alexivictimhelps @ mail . com who was able to recover my funds if not I would have been in tears with this company”
“Total scam. I tried to restart my contract because they advertise that they take Amex, but payment wouldn't go through. When I asked about it they told me they don't take amex, I said I wasn't interested then because they had conned me. They haven't sent me any product but they are now trying to harass me for 11 quid. Not a prayer. If they want 11 quid off me they'll have to see me in court. Don't sign up with these horrible scum bags and don't back down. You're not alone!”
“I was on subscription pause had no reminder no money to pay for these once reinstated they didn't care hounded me they got payment even though no boxers sent out yet wouldn't allow me to cancel subscription. Today they got their money over then been able to cancel but told I still have to make another payment for a final pair that I don't want .avoid at all costs also never received a pair of socks I was supposed to and wrong designs of underwear !”
“Being generous here with the 2/5 review. As many other people have feedback, the cancellation process is absolutely diabolical. My situation was I paused my membership as I had sufficient pairs of briefs, and just prior to the end of my paused duration I had tried to initiate cancelling the subscription - they still expect you to pay for one last paid/time. Its a shame as I quite like the clothing but their business practice prays on squeezing out ever Ā£/⬠you have before you cancel. I would advise that you avoid pausing the membership, for whatever may be the reason, and just outright cancel it.”
“Review of ON THAT ASS
I encountered a very unpleasant situation with ON THAT ASS regarding their subscription process. During registration, I was offered a free trial product, for which I had to provide my card details. However, the information about being automatically enrolled in a paid monthly subscription was not presented clearly or transparently.
When I discovered the charges, I tried to cancel the subscription multiple times but was met with refusals. The cancellation process turned out to be far more complicated than the website claims. As a result, I was charged for a subscription I did not explicitly agree to.
I believe the practice of automatically enrolling customers into paid subscriptions without clear and transparent communication is misleading. It creates a sense of unfair treatment and distrust.
Be cautious when signing up on this website, especially if you are required to provide your card details to receive a āfreeā product.”
