Total scam. I tried to restart my contract because they advertise that they take Amex, but payment wouldn't go through. When I asked about it they told me they don't take amex, I said I wasn't interested then because they had conned me. They haven't sent me any product but they are now trying to harass me for 11 quid. Not a prayer. If they want 11 quid off me they'll have to see me in court. Don't sign up with these horrible scum bags and don't back down. You're not alone!
