Being generous here with the 2/5 review. As many other people have feedback, the cancellation process is absolutely diabolical. My situation was I paused my membership as I had sufficient pairs of briefs, and just prior to the end of my paused duration I had tried to initiate cancelling the subscription - they still expect you to pay for one last paid/time. Its a shame as I quite like the clothing but their business practice prays on squeezing out ever £/€ you have before you cancel. I would advise that you avoid pausing the membership, for whatever may be the reason, and just outright cancel it.
